The following warranty policy is applicable for all installed playgrounds supplied by Funcore. It Funcore's goal to provide our customers with the best play systems/play units available.

All of Funcore's facilities are guaranteed to be free of defect for a period of one year from the date of operation. Any defect resulting from negligence, improper usage, or unusual wear and tear caused by excessive usage is excluded from Funcore's warranty coverage. Funcore will be responsible for the charges for repairing and replacements only for equipment deemed to be subjected to material defect and workmanship omission during the manufacturing process.

Funcore will provide a detailed maintenance manual for our equipment, and it is the customers' responsibility to use and maintain all the materials with care. Please follow our instruction manual carefully when installing and maintaining the trampoline park and spare parts. Refer to our maintenance manual for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklists; regular maintenance is to be expected and is important. And do keep the spare parts stored safely when not in use.
